Eligibility to use services

Access to courses and services is available to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria below. Usegrowifyly may restrict or refuse access where necessary to comply with law or for operational reasons.

Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll in courses without parental or guardian consent. For participants under the applicable age in their jurisdiction, parental or guardian consent may be required.

You must use the services lawfully and not for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited uses include activities that infringe rights of others, violate applicable law or disrupt the operation of usegrowifyly services.

Some courses, features or promotions may not be available in every jurisdiction. Access and availability may be subject to local laws and regulatory requirements in Thailand or other countries.

Account registration and use

To access certain courses and materials you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials accurate and secure.

When creating an account provide accurate, current and complete information. You may update your account details at any time. Failure to maintain accurate information may affect your access to services.

Keep your account password and authentication credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to safeguard credentials.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer or assign your account or rights under these terms without prior written consent from usegrowifyly.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify usegrowifyly immediately via the contact methods provided. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account and advise on next steps.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law or to protect other users or the service infrastructure.

Services provided

usegrowifyly provides online and in-person courses, workshops and learning materials focused on personal development, self-management and professional skills. Course content includes recorded lessons, live sessions, exercises and downloadable materials. Course descriptions on usegrowifyly.pro explain the scope and format of each offering. Outcomes depend on individual effort and participation and are not guaranteed.

We may modify course content, schedules, formats or instructors from time to time. Enrolled participants will be notified of material changes where feasible. Changes may be necessary for operational, legal or pedagogical reasons.

Course schedules, availability and technical access are subject to change. While we aim for reliable access, service interruptions can occur due to maintenance, third-party platform issues or events outside our control.

Code of conduct and participant rules

Participants must behave respectfully and professionally. The following rules apply to all interactions within courses, forums and events hosted by usegrowifyly.

• Treat instructors, staff and other participants with respect; harassment or abusive language is prohibited.
• Do not share or distribute content in violation of copyright or third-party rights.
• Refrain from posting spam, advertising or promotional material without prior permission.
• Follow instructions provided by course instructors and moderators.
• Use course materials for personal learning; unauthorized commercial resale is not permitted.
• Comply with applicable laws and the specific rules of any live event or platform used for course delivery.

User content and contributions

Participants may upload or share content such as comments, course assignments or forum posts. By submitting content you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate third-party rights.

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights you grant to usegrowifyly and other participants as described below.

By posting content you grant usegrowifyly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with providing the services and for promotional and archival purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post confidential, sensitive or personal information about others without consent.

We reserve the right to remove user content that violates these terms or applicable law, or that we consider inappropriate for the community.

Intellectual property

All course materials, branding, software and content provided by usegrowifyly are protected by copyright, activity and other intellectual property laws. Your access to materials does not transfer ownership; you are granted a limited license to use materials for personal educational purposes.

• Do not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from course materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Do not remove proprietary notices, watermarks or activity from materials provided by usegrowifyly.
• If you believe content infringes your intellectual property rights, notify us with sufficient detail to allow contribute and appropriate action.

Paid services and enrollment

Some courses and materials are offered for a fee. Enrollment in paid courses is subject to the payment and cancellation terms below, as well as any specific course terms communicated at purchase.

Course prices are posted on usegrowifyly.pro and may include local taxes where applicable. Prices may vary by currency and region. Any promotional pricing is subject to restrictions identified at the time of the offer.

Payments may be processed via third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to abide by the terms of any payment provider. Access to paid content is granted after successful payment processing.

Where a subscription model is offered, recurring billing will continue until canceled. Subscription terms, renewal periods and cancellation procedures are provided at the point of sale and in your account settings.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. For most digital course purchases, refunds may be limited after access to course materials has been granted. Refund eligibility will be assessed based on course type, usage and the timing of the request.

You may cancel future renewals for subscription services via your account settings. Cancellations do not necessarily result in refunds for fees already charged unless otherwise stated in the course-specific terms.

You are responsible for any taxes required under local law in your jurisdiction in connection with purchases. We will collect taxes where required by law and display applicable taxes during checkout.

We may update prices for new enrollments. Existing enrollments will be charged according to the price agreed at the time of purchase unless otherwise communicated.

Failure to pay for a paid service may result in suspension or termination of access until payment is resolved. We may use collection procedures consistent with applicable law.

Disclaimer

Information, coaching and materials provided by usegrowifyly are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice such as medical, legal, psychological or business advice. Participants should evaluate how course content applies to their individual circumstances and seek professional advice where appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, usegrowifyly and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from use of the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the incident, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Third-party services and integrations

The services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, tools and content providers. We are not responsible for the practices, content or availability of third-party services. Use of such services is subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to your account or the services if you breach these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or where required by law. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings.

On termination you will lose access to course materials and community features. Fees already paid are not necessarily refundable except where required by law or specified in a separate agreement.

Privacy and data protection

Usegrowifyly’s handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available at usegrowifyly.pro/privacy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used and your rights with respect to your personal information.

Communications

We may send administrative messages, service announcements and marketing communications to the contact information you provide. You may manage marketing preferences via your account or the unsubscribe mechanisms in communications.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on usegrowifyly.pro with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us through the channels below to attempt informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction specified herein.
